A recent survey listed the world’s top cloud service using nations. The survey asked IT professionals from around the world about their plans for current and future cloud computing implementation.
The study found 52 percent of IT professionals use or plan to use cloud computing. IT professionals in India have one of the highest adoption rates at 76 percent. Brazil and China were close behind at 70 percent and 69 percent, respectively.
India also ranked third on the list of countries that are already using the cloud at the highest rate. The study found 26 percent of respondents from India are using the cloud, behind only Brazil and Germany, both at 27 percent. The U.S. ranked fourth, at 23 percent, and Mexico fifth, at 22 percent.
The study, which was commissioned by an American networking equipment company, tracked several other interesting cloud trends.
