At NaviSite, we are committed to offering our associates very competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits packages. NaviSite benefits are available to eligible employees, their spouses, domestic partners and dependants.

Medical Insurance

Comprehensive health insurance benefits are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield to all full-time associates effective on your first day of employment. Eye Care exams and Fitness Benefits are included with BCBS membership, as well.

Dental Insurance

Comprehensive dental insurance benefits are offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield effective on your first day of employment, without any waiting periods.

Vision Hardware Reimbursement

NaviSite offers a reimbursement program to help with the cost of prescription lenses, contacts and frames for all employees and their families.

Life and AD&D Insurance

NaviSite contributes 100% of the cost of this benefit. All eligible associates are insured for life insurance and AD&D benefits for two times your annual earnings up to a maximum benefit of $500,000. Supplemental Life Insurance is also available for eligible employees and their families.

Short Term and Long Term Disability

NaviSite provides Short Term and Long Term disability benefits and contributes 100% of the cost of these disability benefits. The Short Term and Long Term disability coverage program is designed to provide associates with a continuance of a percentage of their weekly base salary in the event of a non-occupational illness or injury.

Flexible Spending Accounts

NaviSite offers a flexible spending account plan for Health Care and Dependant Care. This plan will allow you to make pre-tax contributions via payroll deduction into Flexible Spending Accounts.

401(k) Plan

NaviSite offers you the opportunity to participate in a tax-deferred retirement savings program available through payroll deductions as of your date of hire.

Employee Assistance Program

NaviSite offers a comprehensive EAP with 24-hour confidential access to assistance in all aspects of life.

Education Assistance

NaviSite recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its associates are critical to the success of the organization. The educational assistance program encourages personal development through formal education so associates can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for promotional opportunities that may become available at NaviSite.

Paid Time Off

All full-time associates are eligible for 15 days of vacation, 11 paid holidays, and 5 sick days per year.

NaviSite grants generous stock options to all employees when they join our team.
