The Senior Sales Consultant has the mission of growing America’s Job Exchange (AJE) by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goal. The Sales consultant will help customers, many of which are in the Fortune 1000 list, develop and execute a comprehensive on-line recruitment and brand advertising plan to find and hire the best candidates while meeting affirmative action employment compliance goals.

What You’ll Do:
•(A) Meet and Exceed Sales Objectives:
New Business:
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by proactively prospecting and cold calling to prospective customers, managing the sales process and closing deals to generate new business
- Grow and maintain a strong pipeline
- Manage assigned accounts/territory and build strong customer relationships both with new and established accounts.
- Identify and understand prospect’s business needs and educate client on how recruitment and media solutions. Consult with clients on their recruitment advertising needs, develop client specific solutions and submit client proposals
Customers:
- Understand each customer’s business need and recruitment advertising strategy. Facilitate and bring to closure new sales and renewals.
- Identify additional sales opportunities within customer base by cross-selling and up-selling AJE product portfolio by venturing beyond standard career products that include recruitment brand/advertising solutions.
(B) Pipeline Development, Sales Process and Database Integrity
- Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and revenue objectives).
- Analyze client data, ROI, buying cycles, marketing philosophy, target demographics
- Adhere to all current sales methodologies and processes.
- Capture, maintain, and disseminate accurate and relevant prospect information using Salesforce.com.
- Maintain current knowledge of AJE products, solution sets, customer applications, and competitive product differences.
- Reliably forecast business to accurately predict sales attainment
What We’re Looking For:
- A true Closer with a “make it happen” attitude
- A Hunter who is not afraid to make cold calls to build the pipeline and hit the numbers
- A Farmer who builds strong customer relationships and able to grow accounts over time
- 4-5 years of on-line recruitment advertising sales experience of which a minimum of 3 years of selling experience over the telephone
- Demonstrated ability to prospect and close sales in a high pressure monthly and quarterly quota centric selling environment with a proven record of successfully meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication skills, professional attitude; High School/ Associate/Bachelors degree or relevant experience required

- Comfortable with spending extensive time on the phone daily
- Aggressive and goal oriented person with high personal drive, integrity and energy
- Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills are critical
