NaviSite offers a very competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits packages. Benefits are available to eligible employees, their spouses, domestic partners and dependents.

Medical Insurance

Comprehensive health insurance plans are offered to all full time employees, after a brief waiting period, with Blue Cross Blue Shield, United HealthCare, and depending on your location, some local HMO plans. Within each vendor, we offer two plan designs to fit your personal medical needs.

Dental Insurance

Comprehensive dental insurance benefits are offered through MetLife for all full time employees after a brief waiting period.

Vision

Comprehensive vision benefits provided through VSP for all full time employees after a brief waiting period.

Life and AD&D Insurance

NaviSite offers benefit programs to help ease the financial burden on your surviving spouse/domestic partner and/or beneficiary. NaviSite pays the full cost of Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage for all eligible employees. All eligible employees are insured for the life insurance and AD&D benefits for up to three times your base annual earnings up to a maximum of $7.5 M.

Short Term and Long Term Disability

NaviSite provides Short-Term and Long-Term disability benefits after a brief waiting period for all full time eligible employees. Both Short-Term and Long-Term Disability benefits are fully paid by NaviSite.

Flexible Spending Accounts

NaviSite offers flexible spending account plans for both Health Care and Dependent Care. These plans allow eligible employees to make pre-tax contributions via payroll deduction. We also offer a Commuter Choice Benefit Plan.

401(k) Plan

NaviSite offers eligible employees the opportunity to participate in a tax-deferred retirement savings program after a brief waiting period. All contributions are available through payroll deductions.

Education Assistance

NaviSite recognizes that the skills and knowledge of its associates are critical to the success of the organization. The educational assistance program encourages personal development through formal education so associates can maintain and improve job-related skills or enhance their ability to compete for promotional opportunities that may become available at NaviSite.
