Annual Oracle hosting symposium will feature application demonstrations

The push toward cloud refinement and innovation has caused many software companies to partner up and pool their creative powers. As a result, corporations are displaying the innovations created by these partnerships at exhibitions in order to to increase both public and enterprise awareness of new computing paradigms.

Secure-24 recently announced that it will be part of Oracle's annual meeting on applied business technology, which is called Collaborate 11. The company, which specializes in leveraging existing Oracle applications against the virtualized capabilities of cloud computing, will be on hand to further explain to conference attendees how its systems will integrate new applications into existing platforms.

There has been a recent push for software companies to not only embrace the cloud, but to also pair up with other companies to ensure a successful transition to this next-step of computing technology. Furthermore, experts say that expositions such as Collaborate 11, during which the cloud's impact is discussed by software executives, are becoming a common industry practice.

Oracle has made additional moves to innovate its cloud services recently with its acquisition of Sun Microsystems Inc., according to Bloomberg. This business merger may prove lucrative for the software giant, and this partnership may help jump-start its late arrival to the cloud craze.
