Chief Executive Officer
Mark brings more than 20 years of experience building, transforming and driving global customer-centric technology companies. As CEO of Navisite, he is laser-focused on evolving the company into a top-tier cloud managed services provider. Mark led Navisite’s acquisition by RDX, where he also served as CEO, extending his proven track record of orchestrating successful mergers and acquisitions. Previously, he served as President and CEO at TriCore Solutions, which was acquired by Rackspace in 2017. Earlier in his career, Mark served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Navisite, where he drove revenue by providing and promoting the company’s pioneering application and managed services solutions. He was also CIO at Surebridge, Inc., provider of application management services.
President and Chief Transformation Officer
Gina is responsible for developing Navisite’s key strategic initiatives and mobilizing organizational resources and teams to capture new growth opportunities for Navisite and advance our service capabilities, engagement models and delivery strategies to help accelerate our customers’ digital transformation. Previously, Gina served as Navisite’s President and Chief Operating Officer, where she successfully led the acquisition strategy and integration of multiple acquired companies that have fueled Navisite’s growth as a provider of choice for enterprise application and managed cloud services. Gina has spent over two decades helping companies scale and innovate with a unique blend of cross-functional expertise and corporate leadership to support technology-driven transformations. Before Navisite, Gina was the SVP and General Manager of Rackspace Application Services and COO at TriCore Solutions, which was acquired by Rackspace in 2017. Gina has also held numerous executive leadership and management positions in sales, information technology and operations at companies including Surebridge, TVGuide and Lightbridge.
Chief Commercial Officer
Peter is responsible for bringing Navisite’s portfolio of services, including cloud, application and infrastructure managed services to companies around the world. He is a 20-year sales leader with extensive experience building and managing customer-centric sales teams and implementing organizational change to enhance operations and drive global revenue growth. Prior to Navisite, Peter was the Managing Director of the Americas at clckwrk, which was acquired by RDX in 2019. Before that, he served as the Vice President of Global Sales for Enterprise Applications at Rackspace and the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at TriCore Solutions. Peter has also held sales leadership roles at companies including Internap, Microsoft, Navisite and AT&T.
Chief Operating Officer
Peter is responsible for leading Navisite’s global operations, business processes and governance initiatives to deliver a superior customer experience and ensure overall alignment with the company’s growth goals and objectives. With over two decades of business and technology leadership in enterprise application and IT services, Peter has helped thousands of customers drive innovation, organizational efficiencies and business outcomes through the successful adoption and management of cloud strategies, technology automation and infrastructure services. Before Navisite, Peter was the Vice President of Cloud Services at Apps Associates, overseeing 24×7 global operations of the company’s Cloud Services team. Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President at TriCore Solutions and Vice President of Operations at Navisite, where he managed the company’s global data center operations teams.
Chief Marketing Officer
Bindu spearheads all marketing and branding efforts to drive Navisite’s global expansion and market leadership as a modern managed cloud service provider. With more than 20 years of experience in technology and software marketing, Bindu brings deep expertise in branding, demand generation, thought leadership and content strategy to her role, backed by a proven track record of success launching brands and products through revenue-driven marketing and sales strategies. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Optima Healthcare Solutions and Director of Marketing Communications at Internap. She’s also held product marketing and strategy roles at companies including McKesson, DataPath and Scientific Atlanta (now Cisco).
Senior Vice President of Professional Services
Steve leads Navisite’s professional services team, delivering world-class IT consulting, implementation and cloud solutions that accelerate IT transformation and deliver business value to clients. He is a forward-thinking senior executive with more than 20 years of business consulting experience, working within complex IT environments across all industries. He is a decisive leader adept at forging lucrative relationships with clients, partners and vendors, and has a proven track record of achieving results in the international market. Steve is a strategically minded expert who likes nothing more than helping companies develop and execute IT strategy to achieve business objectives. Prior to joining Navisite, he worked in leadership roles at various consulting organizations both in America and the United Kingdom.
Tibby oversees the commercial contracts team globally, and provides advice on compliance, privacy and corporate governance matters. Tibby assists in managing company equity and M&A transactions, advises on employment issues, and handles contractual litigation, cybersecurity, trademark/IP-related matters, etc. Tibby provides rapid, practical, business-oriented advice to the C-Suite and all internal clients. She brings with her a vast knowledge of corporate legal experience, having started her career in the New York office of Bryan Cave and most recently as Corporate Counsel at AgTech start-up CiBO Technologies in Cambridge, Mass.
Chief Information Security Officer
Aaron is responsible for security and compliance programs at Navisite and the delivery of our managed security and advisory services to help customers implement and maintain the highest levels of cybersecurity protection and best practices. Aaron has more than 18 years of experience in the industry, holding various leadership and consulting roles in cloud security, infrastructure security and security operations. He is passionate about serving as a trusted partner and helping customers take practical and effective steps to build world-class, enterprise-level security programs that support business growth while protecting employees, sensitive data and systems. Before moving into his role as CISO, Aaron was the Senior Director of Security Operations at Navisite, and previously served as CISO on-demand for GreenPages and in service delivery roles at security company Sophos and NaviSite.
Managing Director of EMEA
Sean leads business strategy and growth in EMEA. He has over 20 years of cross-functional leadership in the cloud and technology sector, mentoring teams to design, sell, implement and support customers on their transformational journey. Sean brings deep experience in cloud, infrastructure, applications, data centers and security. He focuses on understanding our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations. Previously Sean was Vice President of EMEA for Datapipe (now Rackspace) and Chief Commercial Officer at Global Nexus Telecom in the Caribbean.
Vice President of Sales, North America
Britney is responsible for leading Navisite’ s North American Sales organization. She has over 20 years of experience leading high-performance sales teams and driving profitable growth and customer retention at enterprise technology companies. Britney has a proven track record of building strong customer relationships and successful, results-oriented teams that are empowered to excel through continuous sales training and mentorship programs. Prior to joining Navisite, Britney held a variety of sales and sales leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Oracle’s SMB division and Vice President of Sales at Xerox.
Managing Director, India
Tejal oversees the strategic development, delivery and growth of Navisite’s services and customer relationships in India. With over 18 years of experience in application managed services, cloud migrations and digital transformation, Tejal brings deep expertise and leadership to Navisite, creating high-performing teams with a laser focus on customer success and operational excellence. She leads Navisite’s 24/7 operations in India, providing full-stack services—including cloud infrastructure, remote and managed databases, application managed services, disaster recovery and custom development—building trusted partnerships that allow customers to focus on their business objectives. Before joining Navisite, Tejal served in various leadership and functional roles at Velocity Technology Solutions, Cognizant and Capgemini.
Chief People Officer
Nicole oversees Navisite’s human resources organization and is responsible for developing the workplace strategies and processes that create an exceptional employee experience and culture and drive performance and growth across the business. Previously, Nicole was the Senior Vice President of HR at Navisite, where she developed and implemented strategies for talent acquisition and management, organizational culture, compensation and benefits, employee training and compliance. With over 20 years of experience implementing strategic HR programs, Nicole is a results-oriented business partner focused on building a diverse and excellence-driven employee experience that encourages individual and team productivity, aligns with organizational goals and attracts and retains the best talent. Prior to joining Navisite, she served in various HR leadership roles, including as Vice President of Human Resources at Virtual OfficeWare Healthcare Solutions.
Senior Vice President, Solution Architecture & Product Strategy
Mark leads Navisite’s solution architecture team and oversees the company’s product management and pre-sales activities, deliverables and resources to drive revenue and growth. Prior to moving into this role, Mark led Navisite’s East Region sales team and was instrumental in building Navisite’s sales organization and go-to-market strategy following multiple acquisitions. He has a long track record of growing successful sales and solutioning teams with various sales leadership roles at enterprise IT service providers, including clckwrk, Rackspace, TriCore Solutions and NaviSite. Mark started his career in sales positions at leading networking companies AT&T and BBN Planet.
