A Message for Our Valued Clients: Meet Spectrum Enterprise
In my last update at the end of the first quarter, I previewed what you could expect from Navisite as a strategic partner throughout 2016. Today I write to you on behalf of Spectrum Business Enterprise Solutions, a new company formed as a result of Charter’s completed transactions with Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks. On the morning of May 18, 2016 our merger with Charter Communications officially closed. Navisite is now part of Spectrum Enterprise, the business unit within Charter that is focused on bringing the complete portfolio of video, voice, network, managed services, and cloud solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Our overall vision, strategy, and key 2016 goals for Navisite remain unchanged and we continue to make concerted progress against these goals. As we look ahead, you can continue to count on our innovative, industry-leading portfolio of Cloud solutions backed by exceptional client service and support. The individuals and teams dedicated to supporting you remain the same in the New Charter organization. And the same applies to me and my focus in continuing to lead the Navisite business.
That said, I’m sure you’re asking yourselves: What do these unique changes mean for me and my company in the future?
To start, Spectrum Enterprise will now be providing advanced communications and cloud services to over one million business clients. We are now one of the largest Ethernet providers in the United States and the largest provider in many of the major cities that we serve. Our mission is to become the service provider of choice for enterprise-class network and IT solutions, delivered over a world-class network that offers our clients value, flexibility, visibility and control. Keeping this goal in mind, we plan to continue making significant investments to expand and innovate on our commercial network and Navisite’s Managed Cloud portfolio.
